Terms of Service
Effective date: June 29, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DeckFlow platform and related services (“Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Questions: info@yidy.dev.
The Service
DeckFlow provides a hosted platform that lets a business operate a marketing website and manage its customer relationships, estimates, and projects, including optional integrations with third-party services the business chooses to connect. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for activity under your account. You must be authorized to act on behalf of the business you register.
Your data and content
As between you and DeckFlow, you own the content and data you submit to the Service (“Your Content”), including your business content and your customer-relationship data. You grant DeckFlow the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and back up Your Content in order to provide the Service. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and any necessary consents to use it, including for any data about your own clients.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; no attempts to breach security or access other accounts’ data; no interference with the Service’s operation; and no use of the Service to send unlawful communications. You must comply with applicable laws, including those governing electronic communications and consumer privacy.
Third-party integrations
If you connect a third-party service (such as Google or QuickBooks Online), your use of that service remains subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. You authorize DeckFlow to access and exchange data with the connected service to provide the relevant feature, and you may disconnect at any time. DeckFlow is not responsible for third-party services.
Intellectual property
DeckFlow and its underlying software, design, and trademarks are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right in the platform itself other than the right to use the Service as permitted.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeckFlow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the effective date and, for material changes, take reasonable steps to notify Customers. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
